Setup
No API key required — Proactive Agent is built into Clawly.
- Go to your Clawly Dashboard
- Find Proactive Agent in the Skills section
- Toggle it on
- Tell Clawly what kinds of proactive outreach you want
How It Works
- Context building — Proactive Agent draws on your memory, goals, and scheduled tasks
- Monitoring — Checks for triggers like deadlines, inactivity, or recurring schedules
- Outreach — Sends you a message via Telegram, Slack, or Discord when something is relevant
- Adapting — Learns from your feedback to become more or less proactive over time
Tips
- Be specific about triggers — "If I haven't checked in on my top customer in a week" is better than "check on customers"
- Set a schedule — "Every Monday at 9am" gives Clawly a clear time to reach out
- Combine with Automations — Use Automations for scheduled tasks, Proactive Agent for context-aware nudges
