How It Works

When you ask Clawly to schedule a meeting:

  1. Checks availability - Looks at your Cal.com calendar
  2. Finds slots - Identifies available times
  3. Creates booking - Books the meeting
  4. Sends invites - Attendees receive calendar invitations
  5. Confirms - You get confirmation of the booking

Tips

  • Specify timezone - "Schedule for 2pm EST" helps avoid confusion
  • Include attendee email - Required for sending invites
  • Set up event types first - Create templates in Cal.com for common meetings
  • Buffer time - Cal.com can automatically add buffer between meetings

Integrations

Cal.com syncs with:

  • Google Calendar
  • Outlook Calendar
  • Apple Calendar
  • Zoom, Google Meet, Teams (for video links)

Set these up in Cal.com for automatic video call links.
