Setup

1. Create a Pipedrive Account

  1. Sign up at pipedrive.com
  2. Set up your pipeline stages
  3. Add your first contacts and deals

2. Get Your API Token

  1. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  2. Select Personal preferences
  3. Go to the API tab
  4. Copy your personal API token

3. Add to Clawly

  1. Go to your Clawly Dashboard
  2. Find the Pipedrive skill
  3. Click Configure
  4. Paste your Pipedrive API Token
  5. Click Save

How It Works

Creating Deals

When you say "add a deal for Acme website - $5,000":

  1. Creates deal with name and value
  2. Sets initial pipeline stage
  3. Links to contact if specified

Moving Deals

When you say "move Acme deal to Proposal":

  1. Finds the matching deal
  2. Updates the pipeline stage
  3. Confirms the change

Viewing Pipeline

When you say "show my pipeline":

  1. Fetches all open deals
  2. Groups by pipeline stage
  3. Shows values and contacts

Tips

  • Keep deals updated - Move through stages promptly
  • Add deal values - Track potential revenue
  • Link contacts - Associate people with deals
  • Log activities - Track calls, emails, meetings

Common Pipedrive pipeline stages:

  1. Lead In - New opportunity
  2. Contact Made - Initial outreach done
  3. Proposal Made - Sent quote/proposal
  4. Negotiations - Discussing terms
  5. Won - Deal closed successfully
  6. Lost - Did not proceed
