Setup
1. Get Your Green Invoice API Key
- Log in to Green Invoice
- Go to Settings (הגדרות)
- Navigate to Developer Tools (כלי פיתוח)
- Click API Keys (מפתחות API)
- Create a new API key
Note: API access requires a "Best" plan or higher on Green Invoice.
2. Add to Clawly
- Go to your Clawly Dashboard
- Find the Green Invoice skill
- Click Configure
- Paste your API Key
- Click Save
How It Works
When you ask Clawly to create a document:
- Client lookup - Finds or creates the client in Green Invoice
- Document creation - Creates the invoice/receipt with your line items
- VAT calculation - Automatically calculates מע"מ (17%)
- Tax reporting - Reports to רשות המיסים via חשבוניות ישראל
- Delivery - Sends the document to the client by email
Document Types

Tips
- Be specific - Include client name/email, amount, and description
- Specify document type - Say "חשבונית מס/קבלה" for immediate payments
- Include payment method - Mention if paid by credit card, bank transfer, or cash
- Hebrew or English - You can use either language for descriptions
